Deep parabolic solar cookers act as compound parabolic solar cookers. Food is cooked uniformly when pots are placed inside the dish. Deep dishes require less attendance than the shallow solar cooker dish.

Product Features

• Food can be left to cook unattended for longer periods of time than a shallow dish design (Less pointing the dish to the sun needed).
• Heat is captured inside the cooker, allowing food to be kept warm for longer periods.
• Ideal for campers and hikers.

• Kit includes
  • 1 metre parabolic template which is used to make 14 petals.
  • 2½ metres of highly reflective mirror vinyl sheeting supplied (adhesive on one-side).
  • Complete easy-to-follow instrucions for building a powerful parabolic solar cooker.
