Terms and Conditions

Cancellation
Cancellations may be subject to a termination fee as follows:

Cancellation confirmed no less than 14 days before the course date with no penalty 100% of the course fee will be refunded.

Cancellation confirmed no less than 7 days before the course start date 50% termination fee is applicable. 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

Cancellation confirmed less than 7 days before the course start date no refund will be supplied.

Date Amendments

Should a pre-booked course date become unsuitable a new course date can be selected, subject to available space, at no cost to the delegate.
Solar Master Class reserve the right to cancel or change any event date without liability. In such circumstances Solar Master Class will endeavour to inform each delegate no less than 7 days prior to the course date. In such circumstances Solar Master Class will offer a refund in full or an alternative course date.
